Join us for Yoga Nidra. Deep Relaxation for Stress Relief.

Suitable for all levels, no yoga or meditation experience required.

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and bring any props that will make you comfortable while lying on the floor – blanket, bolster, eye pillow, etc.
