Enku Dankira is a vibrant dance group organized by the Massachusetts Ethiopian Support Association (MESA), dedicated to preserving and celebrating Ethiopian culture through traditional dance. Known for its renowned Ethiopian New Year performances, the group showcases the beauty and diversity of Ethiopia’s regional dances, captivating audiences with their energy and authenticity. Enku Dankira also serves as a cultural bridge, teaching Ethiopian-Americans about their roots and fostering a deep connection to their heritage.
