Women in Cambridge: Integrating Yoga and Meditation into the Workplace In-Person

Come and join us for a fun evening focused on meeting new people and reducing stress! Stephanie Troy, LICSW, owner of Your Whole Healing www.yourwholehealing.com, will present her wellness approach to stress management. Your Whole Healing provides mind/body therapy and stress management presentations. Stephanie will briefly share a bit about her background and her work and then lead us through a guided meditation/chair yoga practice. You will leave refreshed!
