Key to Independence: Keep Moving with Dr. Kieran Reid In-Person

Staying independent is so important to healthy aging and physical activity is a big part of making this happen. Dr. Kieran Reid is a Scientist at Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts and works in the Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Sarcopenia Laboratory.
