Wellness for Seniors: Chair Yoga In-Person

The most tangible benefits in yoga come from gentler movements and focus on breath to improve balance, stability, and joint health. In this series, participants will perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair, eliminating the need to get up and down off the ground. Class is accessible for all experience levels. It's never too late to start. Classes taught by Samantha Drinkwater.
