Mindfulness Crafting with Linda Tang

Join us for a guided mindfulness arts & crafts night with Linda Tang. During this program, Linda will help you create your own 'relaxation teller.' She will walk you through the process of creating an origami coping tool that you can personalize with your own coping skills, relaxation techniques, and creativity to relieve stress. 

*RSVP required | Zoom link will be sent 24-48 hours before the start of the event.*

Supplies needed:

- Square paper (preferably 8x8 but not restricted to size - can be cut from copy paper)

- Writing supplies (markers, colored pencils, etc.)
