Kids Books to Go (O'Connell)
Borrow a bag of pre-selected library books for your kids and teens! Drop by this pop-up event outside your neighborhood branch and pick up a bag of 3-5 library books for your young readers. Title selections will be curated by Cambridge Public Library Youth Services Librarians. Please wear a face covering and maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself, Library Staff, and other patrons. Bins will also be available for library returns.
Construction to create a Reading Garden at the O’Connell Branch Library will begin soon. During construction the front entrance to the library on Sixth Street will be inaccessible. Materials returns will be accepted at the rear entrance on Thorndike St.
The Kids Books to Go event scheduled for 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday October 30 will also take place at the rear entrance.
